With EVO MAX 2.0, Real Lady continues to refine its articulated skeleton with one clear goal: making poses look more natural, right down to the smallest details. After introducing double-jointed elbows with EVO MAX, the brand is now focusing on the extremities with new articulation options for the wrists, ankles, forefeet, and toes.
These upgrades may seem subtle on a specification sheet. In practice, however, they allow the foot to better follow the angle of the leg, the hand to extend the natural line of the arm, and the overall pose to appear less rigid.

Real Lady has progressively upgraded its skeleton system:
The difference from the previous generation is therefore not a complete redesign of the skeleton. Instead, Real Lady has focused on the joints that allow you to fine-tune a pose once the body has been positioned.
Here is a demonstration video of the EVO MAX 2.0 skeleton:
Here is also a demonstration video of the previous-generation Real Lady EVO MAX skeleton:
The ankle on the Real Lady EVO MAX 2.0 can now move laterally.
This allows the foot to tilt slightly to either side, helping it follow the angle of the leg and the overall weight distribution of the pose more naturally.
This added mobility is particularly useful for standing poses, crossed legs, or any position where the feet should not remain perfectly parallel.
The main benefit is greater visual consistency: the foot follows the posture of the body instead of looking disconnected from the leg.
EVO MAX 2.0 also introduces downward flexion of the forefoot.
The shape of the foot no longer depends solely on the ankle. The front of the foot can now be positioned to create a smoother, more progressive curve, especially when the doll is barefoot or wearing high heels.
This is a particularly useful improvement for photography. Foot positioning may seem like a small detail, but it can significantly change how natural a pose looks.
Real Lady completes the redesigned foot with articulated toes that allow their position to be adjusted.
EVO MAX 2.0 also incorporates toe protection for an area that is particularly vulnerable when handling a silicone doll.
This additional articulation makes it possible to fine-tune a pose with greater precision, especially for barefoot poses or close-up photography.
Another important improvement to the Real Lady EVO MAX 2.0 is the wrist.
Real Lady has revised its positioning to provide more natural hand movement and reduce the appearance of silicone twisting in certain poses.
This improvement becomes especially useful when combined with the double-jointed elbows carried over from EVO MAX. The arm can be bent into a smoother curve, while the wrist and hand can then be adjusted to naturally continue the line of the arm.
Whether the hand is resting on a thigh, positioned near the face, or turned toward the body, it can now appear less stiff and more natural.
Real Lady highlights four situations in particular where the new articulations make a noticeable difference.
Standing poses: the lateral ankle movement allows the foot angle to better match the position of the leg.
High heels: forefoot flexion helps create a foot curve that is better suited to this type of footwear.
Crossed legs: the ankle, forefoot, and toes can be adjusted so the foot follows the position of the leg more naturally.
Hand positioning: the redesigned wrist provides finer control over hand gestures and orientation.
The benefit of this skeleton is therefore not simply having “more joints.” EVO MAX 2.0 is primarily designed to create better continuity between the different parts of a pose.
| Skeleton | Main Features |
|---|---|
| EVO | Standard articulation for everyday posing |
| EVO MAX | EVO + double-jointed elbows |
| EVO MAX 2.0 | Double-jointed elbows + new wrist, ankle, forefoot, and toe articulation |
This third generation is therefore particularly well suited to users who enjoy changing their Real Lady's poses regularly, taking photographs, or simply achieving more precise positioning of the hands and feet.
EVO MAX 2.0 is not a Loose Skeleton. EVO MAX 2.0 refers to the skeleton's design and range of movement, while a Loose Skeleton uses intentionally lower-resistance joints to make the doll easier to manipulate.
We explain this distinction in more detail in our article about the Loose Skeleton and whether it is right for you.
Our dolls come with standard rigid joints. If you would like a Loose Skeleton, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether it is available for your chosen model. After placing your order, please also confirm your request by email.
EVO MAX 2.0 provides more posing options, but no love doll joint has an unlimited range of motion.
Position the body's major joints first, then gradually adjust the wrist, ankle, forefoot, and toes. Never force a joint if you encounter significant resistance.
For more information, read our guide on how to handle a love doll skeleton and our article explaining what to do if your TPE doll's skeleton seems stuck.
We have also covered another approach to internal skeleton development in our overview of the new Starpery skeleton and what has changed.
The Real Lady EVO MAX 2.0 is especially appealing if you are looking for a doll capable of more detailed and carefully controlled poses.
These improvements are particularly useful for:
Ultimately, the improvement is in the details. A slightly tilted ankle, a properly curved foot, or a hand that is better aligned with the arm can make a pose look noticeably more realistic.
Availability of the EVO MAX 2.0 skeleton may depend on the body and configuration you select. If this version of the skeleton is an important factor in your purchase, we recommend contacting us for confirmation before ordering.

With EVO MAX 2.0, Real Lady is not simply trying to increase the number of possible movements. The brand is focusing on continuity of movement from the wrists all the way to the toes: double-jointed elbows, redesigned wrists, lateral ankle movement, flexible forefeet, and articulated toes now work together as part of the same approach.
For users who place particular importance on posing and photography, these small adjustments can make a meaningful difference.
EVO MAX introduced double-jointed elbows to create a more natural curve in the arms. EVO MAX 2.0 retains this system while adding new movement options for the wrists, ankles, forefeet, and toes.
The main upgrades include lateral ankle movement, downward forefoot flexion, articulated toes with added protection, and optimized wrist positioning. The double-jointed elbows introduced with EVO MAX are still included.
Yes. The combination of lateral ankle movement, a flexible forefoot, and articulated toes provides greater control over how the foot aligns with the leg. This is particularly useful for standing poses, crossed legs, and photo shoots.
The downward flexion of the forefoot helps create a foot curve that is better suited to certain poses with high-heeled shoes. Real Lady specifically highlights this as one of the main ways to take advantage of the new articulation.
Yes. Real Lady has optimized the wrist to provide more natural hand positioning and reduce the appearance of silicone twisting in certain poses. Combined with the double-jointed elbow, it provides more precise control over the entire line of the arm.
No. EVO MAX 2.0 and Loose Skeleton refer to two different things. EVO MAX 2.0 describes the design and articulation capabilities of the skeleton, while a Loose Skeleton uses lower-resistance joints to make the doll easier to manipulate.
Our dolls come with standard rigid joints. If you would like a Loose Skeleton, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether it is available for your chosen model, then confirm your request by email after placing your order.
Availability may depend on the Real Lady body and configuration selected. If EVO MAX 2.0 is an important factor in your decision, contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility with your preferred model.
No. The new joints provide more positioning options, but their range of motion remains mechanically limited. Movements should always be made gradually, and a joint that encounters unusual resistance should never be forced.
